Aptly privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you join the Aptly waitlist, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it. It applies only to the Aptly waitlist at aptly.astraintelligence.co, a venture of Astra Intelligence Labs.
What we collect
One thing only: your email address, which you submit through the waitlist form.
We do not collect your name, employer, resume, salary information, or any other personal data at this stage.
Why we collect it
- To add you to the Aptly launch waitlist.
- To email you updates about Aptly's launch and early access.
- To measure waitlist interest as part of validating the product before launch.
We will only use your email for these purposes. No spam, no third-party marketing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist email addresses until 12 months after Aptly's launch, or for 24 months from signup, whichever comes first. After that, or when you request deletion, the address is removed from our records. (If Aptly does not launch, we delete the list within 24 months of collection.)
How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete your email address at any time. Email founders@astraintelligence.co with the subject line "Aptly data deletion request" and the email address you signed up with. We'll remove it from the waitlist within 30 days and confirm by email.
Unsubscribing from launch emails
If we email you about the launch and you no longer want updates, use the unsubscribe link in any Aptly email, or email founders@astraintelligence.co with the subject line "Unsubscribe Aptly waitlist".
Sharing and tracking
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.
- Waitlist submissions are stored by Netlify Forms (our hosting provider) and emailed to our team's inbox so we can respond to launch interest.
- We do not use third-party advertising or marketing trackers on this page.
